Why isn’t Nabooru in Smash Bros.

Don’t say “because the game is so old” Nintendo re-releses OoT on a new system every 45 minutes.

Omigosh Nabooru is exactly the character I’ve been wanting in Smash Bros. I’m not very knowledgeable on Zelda lore but I can just imagine her using the iron gauntlets and that giant axe she had when she was possessed and stunning people like you did to to the gerudos in the game and there’s already a stage connected to her and she’d just be so cool.

Tuesday Tip - Beat Boards / Storyboards

It can be a daunting task to just “start storyboarding”. Because there’s so many things to think about when storyboarding, we all need a roadmap to know where we are going. Beat boards are not even the first step to creating a story, but it’s often the clearest way to pitch an early concept to someone. It’s also very useful to plan out the larger beats of a large physical sequence (action, chase, etc.). This way, you don’t have to go on a limb for a week or two and have to redo it all if it doesn’t work. They’re sort of like your Key Poses in animation, but put on a story scale. Does that make sense? Message me if you have any questions or suggestions about future posts.

Professional Animation Software offer for Charity!

Where does it say for windows? I thought this was a mac only thing? Checked the toonboom for more info and it says you need ma os.

But yeah 8 hours to go!!

You don’t download the actual software from their site, you get it from the developer site. MacHeist gives you the promo code, clicking on the download link takes you to the company site where you can download it for Mac or windows. If you read the original post;

image

This is not a stupid question at all! I’m glad you asked.

MacHeist gives you the promo code. You download the software from the software website itself. This means that if the software itself is compatible with Windows, you will be able to chose between a Mac OR Windows download.

I know for a fact that Toonboom (the animation software) Is compatible with both Mac and PC.

ToonBoom will work on Mac and/or Windows.
You will have to check the individual websites of the other software for the specific compatibility information on them.

and

Instructions: (If you need help downloading)

image

Once you agree to the deal and go through regular payment procedures (agree to the charity you want to support… etc) and pay, you will be guided to a series of download buttons.

Things may get confusing here.
These download buttons take you a list.

image

If the application has a blue link below the promotional code the ‘Download’ button will not instantly download your new software, it will instead take you directly to the software’s website.
You will need to make an account on this website and ENTER YOUR PROMO CODE.
So like, don’t close the window with all the promo codes on it.
THEN you get your software.

My biggest issue with Samus’s heels is that they’re this bizarre energy-drink-green-green-grey-black scheme that completely clashes with the blue-on-pale-blue colour of the rest of her design. It’s like Poison Ivy’s stupid H&M blazer in Arkham Asylum.

Right?? It barely even matches the lights on her power suit which I assume is what they were going for.

A character design concept for a 3D videogame character for my interactive animation class. It’s name is Shush and it’s a eldritch horror creature that sneaks into towns and listens to people gossiping. It has aspects of ballerinas as well as owls with a little bit Ooccoo a la Zelda thrown in.

One day I’ll make a comic about Shush, presumably when I’m not busy working on him for my class assignment.

Ah, Satinette Pigeon Harpy. I took forever trying to get a good silhouette that matched the real bird, but he didn’t look enough like a cute loaf of bread, so I drew another pose, but the silhouette wasn’t as strong so now you get two.

It’s because of Coelasquid and her cute pigeons that I made a beefy Satinette harpy. Also maybe I want to draw more beefy guys.
